Device Highlights
- The entire process is carried out through vacuum suction transmission. It uses a 7.5KW high-efficiency energy-saving variable-frequency fan. The front edge paper feeding wheel ensures precise, smooth and fast paper feeding. Zero pressure, no damage to the paper board.
- Uniform ink delivery system, bold reform, uses imported motors combined with cross connecting shafts, gear transmission, reduces noise, enhances transmission tightness, improves machine operation speed and stability, and enhances printing accuracy and registration accuracy.
- This machine uses ceramic rollers combined with Koro scraping blades. The ink is applied evenly, the ink quantity is controllable, it prevents ink overflow, and ensures that the outside of the ink path is clean and hygienic. It is also equipped with an ink shortage alarm device to prevent ink rollers from being damaged due to ink shortage and to reduce the production of defective products.
- This machine is equipped with multiple speakers. By adjusting the phase, lateral movement, gap, zero position, assembly/disassembly, and warning sound, different sounds can be produced, indicating that the operator has completed the operation before the machine can be safely started.
