How Does a Digital Corrugated Printer Work?
Digital artwork → RIP processing → Inkjet printing → Drying/curing → Printed corrugated sheet → Die cutting/folding
The machine receives digital artwork from a computer, processes the image through RIP software, and precisely sprays ink onto the corrugated sheet through printheads. Depending on the machine configuration, the printed sheet can then move to die cutting, creasing, folding, gluing, or box making processes.
