- The paper storage area is mainly used for stacking cardboard and adjusting the position of the cardboard.
- The paper feeding section places the paper board from the paper feeding section into the tray machine and adjusts the position.
- The paper discharging unit discharges the properly sized paper onto the conveyor belt.
- The paper discharge belt transports the paper board out of the guardrail.
- The vacuum pump provides the suction power for the suction nozzle of the mechanical hand.
- The safety guardrail encloses the machine’s paper feeding area to prevent people from entering the dangerous zone.

Machine configuration
- The main steel plates and 100X50 square tubes of this machine’s wall panel and frame are connected together. The structure is reasonable and the product is both sturdy and durable.
- Most of the transmission shafts adopt straight smooth shafts.
- The gears are quenched with 45# steel, making them durable and wear-resistant.
- The suction tips are specially designed for flat pressing and flat die-cutting machines. They have a strong suction force and can smoothly suction the paper.
- The vacuum pump uses the 140B type oil-free vacuum pump, and the air pipe is 16mm in diameter. This ensures the normal operation of the suction nozzle.
- The suction nozzle operation time control valve adopts the latest adjustable time cam control valve developed by our factory. It has a reasonable structure, is durable and resistant to dust, has a large air supply capacity, and far exceeds the performance of the rotary air distribution valve (used on the paper feeding transfer head). It also compensates for the shortcomings of the rotary air distribution valve.
