- The slotting equipment operation is controlled by a touch screen through PLC programming automation system. Based on the order, the “length*width*height” and other data of paper products are input, and the computer system can automatically arrange the orders to the required positions with just one click. According to the customer’s needs, the slotting position can also be manually adjusted slightly.
- Using linear guide rail technology, it is smooth and accurate, ensuring the precision of the slotting phase. The ten-thread screw system automatically adjusts, and the pre-pressing wheel, pressing wheel, and slotting tool holder in the slotting part move synchronously left and right through electric adjustment. The control is achieved through buttons and touch screens.
- The standard thickness of the slotting tool is 7mm. It is made of alloy steel and undergoes heat treatment and grinding to create toothed slotting tools. It has excellent hardness and toughness. It is a double-piece trimming tool with sharp cutting edges and high precision. The shaft is made of high-quality 45# seamless steel pipe, which is ground and electroplated on the surface, ensuring smooth movement. The middle tool with large displacement mechanism and trimming cutting device has strong production adaptability. The snap-fitting double-edge trimming tool has smooth trimming and cutting, and saves costs.
